German police chief tonight said on Sky that he has evidence that she’s dead but wouldn’t say any more .. they’re desperate for the public to come forward and say where they spotted him and the police will check those areas for her body ..also said the guy used his mobile outside the McCann apartment hours before she went missing

Yes he's a sicko that needs locking up for life , I'm saying the whole case of Madeline is sketchy and bizarre especially the parent's behaviour .

You said you weren’t sure that he had anything to do with it .. yet he ( a serial child sex attacker ) was found to be using his mobile outside their apartment just hours before she went missing ..

It surely suggests that he had an awful lot to do with her disappearance.

It has been suggested elsewhere that he may have ‘stole her to order’ so that fits in ... or the could face been the waiter tipping him off that the McCanns were in the restaurant ... another suggestion.

...it feels really plausible that Christian B took and killed Madeleine...i just can’t imagine though, they’ll ever be able to charge him and the time is running out for them...it’s such a frightening thing that someone like that could be released in a matter of days/weeks...I read a few days ago that another case from 2004 was being reopened as it had also been linked to him possibly being the person who raped a young Irish woman, Hazel Behan...

....I know that Madeleine’s parents have always believed she was alive/ abducted but still living...if they believe he took her, they must know there is no chance she’s alive and that’s something they will finally have to face......I do doubt though that there will ever be a time when anyone will ever be brought to justice...as was said on the documentary last night...anyone who may have or may have had any vital evidence needed...?...would also face an accessory charge which could bring 10 years in prison for them as well...

Police search near Hanover linked to Madeleine McCann disappearance...



German police investigating the disappearance of Madeleine McCann are searching a site near Hanover, prosecutors have told local media.

Footage from the scene shows heavy machinery being used in the search.

Sky's crime correspondent Martin Brunt said: "It's a dramatic development. Police in Germany started digging an allotment area near Hanover this morning, where Christian B, the main suspect in the Madeleine McCann investigation lived for a period some years ago.

"The public prosecutor's office and the federal police have confirmed to local media and to our own reporter in Germany that this is connected to the Madeleine McCann investigation."

He added: "Since this morning an area of trees has been cleared. Police are there, there are forensic officers there as part of this investigation. A mini excavator is being used to dig the land and there is some activity at least just off the side of the road there.

"It's not clear exactly what police are looking for, whether its potential evidence directly linked to the disappearance of Madeleine or whether its something that's more connected to Christian B the suspect."

German police are said to have uncovered a hidden cellar at the former home of the suspect in the Madeleine McCann case.

In a third and final day of digging, they used an excavator, ground penetrating radar, sniffer dogs and a drone in their desperate hunt for crucial evidence.

The cellar was discovered as investigators dug a deep hole 15 meters wide in the garden of a secluded holiday chalet outside Hanover.
