Noticed on IG last night that Khaled is posting a couple slides about each ep whilst he watches and asking for people’s thoughts. He said he’s going to do it each night as he enjoys reading all the replies as he watches the ep. In case anyone wants to throw some thoughts his way!

It wasn’t much, just a couple stories asking people their thoughts on the episode as he was watching. I was sharing more in case anyone wanted to respond to his stories during the next few episodes, since he said he was planning to continue doing it. Usually I feel a bit weird replying to celebrities/well-known figures, feels too familiar/presumptuous, but he was directly asking for responses & said he was reading every one and really enjoyed hearing people’s thoughts, which I thought was sweet.

Definitely shows an interesting side as he has lived with them all to what we on the outside think. I like how he has remained invested in the show. Guessing he is in a hotel somewhere and not able to mix with the outside world fully yet as under contract still.

His boxing videos are all old ones, showing different moves and his friend who was on L&L a few times is in some of them as well.

Yeah, I always think it must be so bizarre to be living intimately with people for that time and then to come out and find a million strangers all talking about you and the people you were living with as though they know you, and from a different vantage point. Especially that first time on L&L, you can tell it’s always a shock!

I’m not sure if they’re not allowed to mix with the outside world, as we know that’s not the case for people who are booted out earlier. But I assume he’s in a hotel in London for this week for L&L and the finale.

I did watch a few of those vids. I’ve often thought learning to box would be fun, and definitely wouldn’t mind Khaled as a teacher :’)

Sleep was impossible in the house. Khaled was honoured to hold up the scarf post eviction, and he didn’t get in trouble for it. It has a special nice but I don’t want to risk spelling it wrongly on here.

ETA - Apparently a famous fashion designer has been in touch and Khaled may be wearing one of his outfits on Friday.

I’m sad to hear Khaled maybe changes the subject when Ali’s mentioned - I’d gotten the impression they were on good terms, especially because on the livestream that last week they were both quite affectionate with one another. Maybe his feelings have changed based on what he’s seen now he’s out of the house? I really wanted them to be friends

Very interesting to hear their thoughts on how they were edited! I’m sad for Thomas on that front.

I’m not surprised sleep was impossible in the house - I’m surprised they were able to function!

Khaled knows Ali is a toxic person and doesn't want to say anything bad about her so he isn't saying anything i think the more he has heard and seen since leaving the house confirmed that too

I think it's a very delicate balance for him to strike. He obviously has a very good bond with Thomas so doesn't want to upset him by saying too much against Ali - and he may also be conscious of what last year's housemates have said about social media fallout, so doesn't want to add to or start a pile on.

I think ‘he should never trust her’ is a bit extreme. I think it’s a case of talking to her outside and seeing how things are then. It’s always going to be hard to fully trust someone inside the house, but he’ll get a better sense of how she feels outside. Personally I think she genuinely is fond of him now. I do also think there are some things she needs to apologize to him for and I’m not sure she realises that/will be able to do so.

I have my doubts about Ali's opinion of Khaled when she said, "Everything I've said in the house has come true". Whether intentional or not, it sounds like a slight at Khaled and I imagine that may be why Khaled was resolutely neutral/didn't comment when her name was brought up by Thomas.

Hmm. I didn’t perceive it that way but could be wrong. If that was the case, though, I wouldn’t have thought she would have stuck up for Khaled when everyone else started piling on with the fake thing.

I think it’s nuanced. She did say to Nathan that you can think someone’s a bit fake but still like them. I think that’s probably where she stands with Khaled. The thing with Khaled is, and he’s said himself, he comes across very much like he’s on his best behaviour at all times. Similar to Segun he is a bit of a people pleaser, wants to come across well etc. By default that means he’s not going to be quite as authentic as he would be otherwise. So I assume that’s what Ali’s picking up on if she thinks of him as ‘a bit fake’. But I think she understands now that that’s not coming from a bad place or from him being a game player/putting on a total act etc. He’s just genuinely a very kind, well-meaning guy who wants to behave well.

I do wish all these grown adults would stop using the word ‘fake’ to describe one another though! It’s so silly.
