So true. One thing I'll say though is that it had the worst winner to date!

Another moments were the rat incident and Mikey fiddling around with Susies draw.

Which winner was ever deserving, people hear criticise BB7 because of winner, so what, it doesn't take the fact of others who have entertained, what about BB6, the winner was even worser than BB7.

Still . . . BB7 is my favourite I'm just saying.

The reason I think I enjoyed BB that much is because my favourite HM, Glyn was in it and had the biggest chance to win other than other than Pete.

And Aisleyne fans thought she had even the slightest chance!

Anthony has made more things than Pete. Anthony won because he wast the last person who was popular and liked. I wanted Makosi to win but do you imagine people voting for her, Kinga and Eugene ? Craig and Makosi did deserve to win all the way.

BB7 fans have different expectations and goals and the BB5 fans too, we don't like the same things and the same entertaining factor. Nothing else.
I would lie if I say I haven't been entertained in BB7. But only until week 5, after Lisa's eviction it was a disaster, all the brilliant characters left.

He had the same kind of story like Pete, but the difference is, Pete was much better than the no personality Anthony. If to you BB7 is worse because of the winner, than BB6 should be even worse because it had the crappest winner ever.

The only reason Eugene didn't win was because he took the money. He would have won hands down if it hadn't been for that!

The final vote was 57% to Anthony- thats not great.

Anthony made one of the biggest scandal about BB, the "Pool orgy", which is the biggest story in BB6.
He had a special relationship with Craig.
He was hilarious when he was drunk, that is legendary.
And he took part into the "Off The Hook" group with Craig, Maxwell and Saskia.

Well, Pete ? Having a showmance with Nikki and being fancied by 3 other girls....how entertaining !

We can't really judge a series on it's winner though to be honest, because if we did every series would be crap. Brian (BB2) was the only deserving winner.

Lets take a look:

BB3 - Kate (an okay winner, but really should've been Alex)
BB4 - Cameron (not much choice here, but Tickle should've won this series)
BB5 - Nadia (she was entertaining for a while but the last few weeks she was just complaining about the lack of cigarettes. Victor should've won)
BB6 - Anthony (worst winner ever, Science should've won or Makosi)
BB7 - Pete (closely behind Anthony, Aisleyne should've won)
BB8 - Brian (best of a bad bunch I suppose)

So as we can see the winners have always been pretty dire, that's why if they ever do an Allstar series the winners shouldn't be included.

Oh and on to first weeks. BB7 did have a great first week I can admit that, although the Shahbaz bullying went too far. BB7 actually had a good first few weeks but around Week 6 or 7 is became to much and it went down the pan.

BB5's first week was better because there was so many huge characters. And all these huge characters were trying to deal with Kitten who was climbing on roofs, grafitying on the walls and trying to start a revolution against BB. You actually had some decent arguments about stuff like race, immigration and sexuality and not just 'food'. Then you had the fun side, Jason (remember he was fun in the first two weeks) doing his naked cooking. You had Victor already making his plans in some legendary DR sessions. The suitcase twist. Then Kitten refusing the leave. Great opening week and it just got better as the series went on.

I'd like to know when the 'BB7 Is The Best' fans started watching BB?

Started watching BB in the middle of BB3. Can't use your stupid "Its because you never watched BB5" argument on me!

No I wasn't going to say that. I wanted to know if it's the more recent BB viewers that maybe hadn't seen BB1-BB4. Because then they might not quite know the impact BB5 had.

Fair enough, but on that point, maybe BB5 wouldn't be remembered so fondly if it had been aired say, after BB3 as it wouldn't have made such an impact.

Yes that's what some members forgot. The impact of BB5 has been the most important in the BB History, the "evil" side is everywhere, in every Big Brother around the world.
It's a pure exemple today, nobody know much about BB7 in foreign countries, BB5 still an exemple.

I suspect the Prison Task will be copied alot as time passes. Also I don't think alot of people watching BB in foreign countries are actually aware that the "Evil" twist is from the UK.

They know it because I've been on australian, german, american, german and spanish forums and BB5 is really popular, some did watch some episodes and loved it.
Nadia has been a guest in the BB05 Australia house, australian people are passionated about BBUK.

Yeah most BB fans on forums are pretty clued up about international BB's. On one BBUSA forum I know they really like our series. They even thought BB8 was great!

Maybe thats the reason they loved it and watched- Nadia went on. I watched BBAfrica went Cameron went in and they aired it!

Anyway, if BB5 was that great how come it didn't have the best ratings?

BB7 had sky+, World Cup and Celeb Love Island to stand in its way of great ratings and it still succeeded to get them. BB5 had nothing standing in its way and had only marginally better ratings than BB7!

Same. I've heard ours is thought of as the best world wide.

And if they think BB8 is good, imagine what they thought of BB3, 5 and 7!

Maybe BB5 had the olympics and it's far more competitive than the World cup, love island and sky+.

How many times? Ratings isn't everything. Lots of people watching doesn't equal good. It means popular, but look how much of popular stuff is actually crap.

BB5 came after BB4, a lot of people gave up on BB after BB4 and didn't give BB5 a chance.

I know!

I think a lot of people in different countries dislike their own BB compared to international versions. I always loved BBUK the most, but currently I think BBUSA is better. It's probably a lot to do with getting used to a format and then becoming bored with it, so watching an international version freshens it up a bit.

And american people don't know how an "orginal Big Brother" does work. Ok they had a BB like us for their first series but since they didn't.

I always loved BBUK because the french BB has stopped between 2002 and 2007 and this year, the French version was better than BB8. We had sex, secrets, strategies, game-players, nasty people, great twists, money and brilliant housemates.

Richard should of won, he was by far the best, the witt, the put down the comedy, he would of been a better winner than Aisleyne.

climbing on the roof cannot be compared to the food hiding incident.
