Staying according to Balague. The presidential election coming up this summer means it was always doubtful. It'd be disastrous for Perez to let Ronaldo go.

Ronaldo has never been totally adored though. Never in the way Messi has at Barca. They use to criticise him for not turning up in big games, understandable, however a bit harsh given he won them other games.

Cristiano Ronaldo was adored at Man Utd and was at his most happiest, he is not appreciated enough at Real Madrid IMO and I really do hope that he returns to United before he retires.
