BBC News Text :
[Meanwhile, issues within the NHS are the focus
of the lead story on the Sunday Express,
which says that "almost a million patients"
will have resorted to private healthcare
by the end of the year as waiting lists
within the health service reach record levels.
It also says that a quarter of people asked
in a survey said they do not believe the NHS
will be around for its 100th birthday in 2048.]

Ch4HDnews
said John Redwoods seat in Wokingham
is likely to go LibDem. (LibDem Clive Jones)
As Redwoods majority has fallen.

Wokingham has LibDems running his council, now.

He was on the show
on a screen
saying LibDems always
make wild claims?

BBC News Text:
[The Times reports that Home Secretary Suella Braverman
has been authorised by Downing Street to float the
prospect of leaving the European Convention
on Human Rights.
The paper says the move would be intended to serve
as a "warning shot" to the European Court
of Human Rights not to block government plans
to deport asylum seekers in the UK to Rwanda.
In a speech in Washington on
Tuesday, Ms Braverman said she rejected
the notion that "a country cannot be
expected to respect human rights if it is not
signed up to an international human
rights organisation".]

Prime Minister Sunak
is in Spain.

[The prime minister has now arrived
in Granada, Spain, after a whirlwind
week at the Conservative Party
conference in Manchester.
Mr Sunak is attending the European Political
Community Summit,
where he will urge European leaders
to "unite" over migration.]

BBC News Text :
["Manopause madness" headlines the Daily Mail
as it says councils, universities,
police forces and fire services have
"male menopause" policies.
The paper says this is despite male menopause
not being a clinically recognised condition.
Meanwhile, former Prime Minister Boris Johnson
writes in his column that Mr Sunak's
proposed smoking ban - so a child who is 14
or under today will never be allowed
to buy a cigarette - is "barmy".]

[Reports on a "cabal that has been controlling
the Tory leadership for two decades",
as revealed by former cabinet minister
and Boris Johnson ally Nadine Dorries
