Yeah I saw the MV on TV the other day too which surprised me. Didn't even know it was being released as a single, I thought we were getting Masterpiece instead. It's sad that it's flopping but her team have only got themselves to blame for lack of promo.

Expresss Yourself is different from the original version. It starts with an heavy beat and then it leads to the "Come on girls" line.

In the middle of Express Yourself, Madonna sings Lady Gaga's Born This Way, but with the music of Express Yourself. Then Madonna keeps on repeating "She's not me!"

I don't like how she's being frosty about it. She should get together with Gaga and record Born This Way with her or mash it up with Express Yourself and record that with her. It'd be way better than some useless catty feud.

That's a shame to hear that, I take it that it's not of Madonna's favorites then. It's one of mine, for sure. I love the use of the banjo. Also sad to hear she won't be performing Beautiful Killer too but I suppose she can't perform every song from MDNA. Still I'm glad she'll be performing Best Friend seeing as it's a bonus track.

This case has now gone viral and both She's Not Me and Express Yourself are not trending WW. She's Not Me was originally about a love affair now a music fight! This will look amazing in video.

She has to perform other songs so not all songs from MDNA can appaer

Gaga PR wise is making a clever move if she stays silent. Madonna is a Music icon, but do people really care about her now as much as they did back in the 90's etc?

I don't get what point you're trying to make here. No, they don't but Madonna has had a career spanning decades, she's been around before most of us forum members were even born. She doesn't need to prove anything. She still has a loyal fanbase and the fact that she can still get #1 albums speaks for itself. In 20 years time if Gaga is still around, will people still care about her then as much as they do now? Not likely. There will be a new it girl and Gaga will no longer have the same relevance that she does today.

i find it hard to believe that she's not doing "music". It's one of her biggest hits. It would be like Kylie not doing "can't get you out my head".

Also i wish she was performing JML live instead of just an interlude. She's only ever performed JML on 1 tour (GST) and it's one of my favorite songs.

Are you saying that a Madonna/Gaga collaboration would be boring? It might not be well received or whatever, but knowing the two of them, it certainly wouldn't be boring.

Even though it is from past lyrics that pre-date Gaga's prominence, its obvious that she's using it to make a sly dig at her. I think its only detrimental to her image to be honest. From what I've seen of her recently, she's been rude and deliberately awkward in interviews (or has she always been like that? I haven't seen many interviews with her). I think she'd earn more respect by taking the high road and working with Gaga, rather than working against her.

I mean I still love her music and all but it seems that her head has gotten a lot bigger recently. The way she's acting in interviews is only half the story. The way she referred to what MDNA was when she was on Graham Norton pretty much summed up her attitude to this album "It's just to pay the bills". She sees it as no more than a cash income. It seems as if there's nothing else to it for her. The way she's not bothering with promotion suggest to me that she just doesn't care anymore. I wouldn't blame it on her management either. I'd say its Madonna's decision not to bother promoting it.

It is said that Celebration is going to have that feeling, of bringing everybody together. She is preforming other big songs so that is not a problem.

JML is a hot song and the interlude is meant to be very erotic.
