I'm starting to think the same thing tbh, that he doesn't actually have a girlfriend outside and we know he's liked Noirin from the start.

Noirin does act totally different around Siavash than how she has done with every other guy in there, she smiles and looks really shy and embarrassed so maybe she does actually like him. That would be kinda sweet really if it's all genuine on her part and so long as Siavash doesnt have a girlfriend!

Noirin doesn't want Siavash to get into trouble on the outside because she thinks he has a GF She is like a giddy skoolgirl with a crush when its just them to together its very cute
