Looking at him its probably the only place he can find sex.

I think he is much more chatty and involved in there than shown in the main show. They've mostly edited him out.

Hang on... ...I actually know what a gay toilet is.
They exist.
This is not a joke and brace yourselves....

..A friend of mine worked for the Parks Dept. Basically he would get to the local park early morning, clean up trash, open facilities, safety checks etc etc.
Okay.
So one day he tells me (to my sheer horror) that one of the biggest problems they have is certain toilets in certain parks. After dusk these do indeed become 'gay toilets'.
You can tell if youre in a gay toilet if there is a hole in the wall dividing the stalls.
Now you are asking "what does that mean?"
Well.. it turns out that a popular pastime during 'gay toilet' hours is for one man to stand on one side - stick his whatever through the hole - another on the other side provides a service.
But it was really bad news there. He was saying they go in and find blood on the floor and the place just smell of semen and feces.
Outside there was a sort of alley beside the toilets and every morning they would clean up needles and used condoms all over the place.

That my friends is a 'gay toilet'.
