But he really played with Sophies head, in fact I think she is quite depressed over it.

That isn't quite accurate. Tom told Sophie that she could do better than Kris and that there must be a reason why the public don't like him.

And the reason I didn't like him was because he was such a tool to Freddie. From what I have read, it seems I am not the only one to think that way. So Tom did something really mean to Sophie, because now she thinks Kris might have been just playing her. I don't believe he was.
