Paramedics were called to the Indian-born student's digs in the early hours of Friday.

I dont know but I hope all around him, and BB give him all the support he needs. He has to find a way to cope... when someone self-harms its a way out because they cant find a way to cope.

It was obviously an instance of self-harm but the reports I have read of it suggest it was not actually a suicide attempt. I think that is something we should all be careful about.

Couldn't argee more. People who want to kill themselves actually kill themselves. All this attempted suicide is a load of bullocks if they had the guts and actually wish to kill themself then they would do it properly.

Well if it is true then I wish Sre all the best, and maybe it was a scream for help but we have to remeber that Sree comes from a culture where respect is highly regarded and I feel that his parents were very disapointed in him for going on the programme and maybe that's why he did it.
