Is it me or has beig brother taken upon itself to be the moral guardian of the nation.

I tuned in to se how "Mission Impossible" the Secret Garden occupants would manage the shower. All I got was the run from Diary Room to outside door and then Eugine turning off the water. The intervening segment was filled with a shot of Anthony and Kemal sleeping. Whats going on???

If housemates all walked about naked, would they show it or would we have 24 hour views of the gnome swiming in the pool??

Come on BB, its natural so show it.

It's the old English problem you can't have naked people on the telly.... but you can have them blowing each other heads off with a shotguns.... or kicking people heads in.

Last year on BB5 when the semi nude mud wrestling was happening. It too was censored. One main reason is they won't allow E4 viewers to see the controversial bits before the BB editors have had chance to decide on what they put in their evening update shows...

Having said that. There is still a lot of very childish censorship going on with regard to UK shows that go out on terestrial...

The new Ofcom broadcasting code has made matters even more stupid than it was under the old ITC code.

For example. Sky movies can show 18 rated films passed by the BBFC with full on Hard core scenes yet dedicated adult channels would be fined many thousands of pounds if they were to show such explicit stuff that can appear on Sky movies.

Yeah its pretty pathetic in this country what they don't show i mean some commercials in other European countries show naked people walking around and they might only be advertising chewing gum

come on they should be able to show anything agter the 9pm watershed.

i hate the way we censor swear words and nudity.

swear words are JUST words, and nudity is natural. both would be suitable after 9pm. has anyone else realised that the C word is more cencored than the F word these days....
