I know she didnt exactly have anything serious with Siavash but to go from being constantly with him and kissing him to not even speaking to him and laughing about the situation with Isaac shows was an awful human she is.

Yes, she could have handled it a bit better...

Obviously if her ex who she still has feelings for appears, shes going to rather be with him, but to lie about kissing siavash once, drop him like a hot potato, and then laugh about him behind his back...that is terrible.

She is showing her true colours tonight, and to be honest I feel quite ashamed to have had her in my top 3 for so long...
