She will meet up with tom and have hanky panky while issac is in the house. I can't see noirin waiting for him. If not tom it will be a football player or someone like that.

i think if Tom is still watching the show, and saw just how sudden she left siavash without even saying anything, he wouldnt want to do anything with someone like her
