Default New Task!

Quote:
The Housemates will be sobbing their eyes out today as Big Brother orders them to cry for their supper.

Throughout the day each of the group will be called into the Diary Room and ordered to turn on the waterworks.

Big Brother will provide the snivelling lot with a special pair of goggles to collect their tears in.

To help make sure they all get around to howling uncontrollably, Big Brother will play some tear-jerking tunes and read through some sob stories.

Each Housemate will have 15 minutes to blub and when their time is up they must tip the results of their weep into a Tear Bucket.

If the bawling bunch manage to produce one teaspoonful of tears they will be awarded with a luxury dinner.

With several experts in crying on cue in the House it should be a breeze. As Derek said, "You can do it all for us Makosi."

Quote:
The Housemates have been wondering just how they're going to manage to turn on the waterworks for their task.

Despite the House being packed with drama queens, the group seem to think they'll struggle to squeeze out the tears.

The hard-hearted lot set to work thinking up how to get the weeping underway.

Derek wasn't too sure what would make him sob, but Makosi had a few suggestions.

"What if we tell you your horse is dead?" she queried the foxhound master.

But the Tory didn't think it was "visual enough". He felt a film like The Last Temptation Of Christ was more likely to help.

The nurse agreed films often set her off too. Apparently there's never a dry eye in Makosi's house when Finding Nemo is on the box.

Surprisingly, expert crier Makosi didn't fancy snivelling today. "Look, my eye make-up has been done so well," she complained.

But Orlaith seemed prepared for the tearful task. "I know what I'm thinking of," sighed the model, "my life."

Housemates have been told they have passed their task and will be rewarded with a formal dinner tonight.

Big Brother has been collecting the Housemates' salty tears in special tear receptacles as part of today's cry baby task.

Housemates have been getting in touch with their feelings, with a little help from Big Brother. Each Housemate was asked to cry, then forced to listen to sad music, a sad story and even personal insults.

Big Brother told Craig that his hair looked like it had been cut with a spoon, but the previously tear-happy hairdresser was unmoved.

It took listening to "Bright Eyes" for Orlaith to well up, but Kemal was a big disappointment. "You've only got a little moistness and that's just when I yawned at the start," he said.

"This is ludicrous," said Derek, haughtily. He was told that a wise man once said, "Man alone is born crying, lives complaining and dies disappointed," but it only made him laugh.

When asked who the wise man was, he guessed Enoch Powell. But he laughed again when he found out it was Big Brother.

But listening to "Candle In The Wind" was too much for him and the tears fell.

Big Brother tried Phil Collins out on Science. "Phil Collins makes a lot of people sad," he said, indisputably.

Anthony struggled despite being reminded of Gareth Southgate missing that penalty for England.

Makosi begged for more emotional material. "Tell me Saskia's still around or something," she pleaded. "There's a drought in Makosiland. I'll be so disappointed I failed, I will start crying when I leave. My tears are punking me."

Maxwell was determined not to cry, saying, "I'm a London boy," and could only laugh when Big Brother called him "stinky breath".

But when all the tears were counted, they had cried enough to satisfy Big Brother.

I think BB is taking the p**s here!!

The task is about crying, and basically fake crying. Is it just me or is BB having a dig at the housemates. Just about every one of them has turned the tears on at some point.

"Oh, the ironing is delicious"
