Default Tim\'s Song...by \"The Housemates\"

Todays task is to compose a song to welcome Tim the new housemate who will be entering the house tonight at 7pm.
Across the dividing bars in the garden the housemates enthusisatically made up lyrics to a song they have called appropriately enough 'Tim's Song' here are the lyrics:

If you fail the task on a saturday night
you'll end up over here living in shite
where ya smiles are rare...oh yeah!

sleeping in a grotto is a very bad start
especially when you realize it smells of farts
wanna be there...oh yeah!

if you pass the task on a saturday night
you'll end up here as high as a kite
without a care
whatever.

swimming' in the pool is a very good start
sipping on champagne you've got to look the part
watch the peasants stare
whatever.

welcome to the house...
Jade...."Never shuts her mouth!"
Adele...."I eat all the food!"
Alex...."I just love to winge!"
Sophie...."I look like a stick!"
Katie.... *
Spencer....*
PJ...."I'm the hairy muppet!"
Jonny...."I think I can sing!"

*Katie and Spencer's lines weren't heard because the sound dipped on E4 here...spoilsports Big Bro'!!!!

The song isn't bad and should be a laugh when they actually get to perform it for real tonight...although someone did say that they would be a bit embarrassed.
With the mixture of insruments including rythum sticks, a tambourine, a blue recorder, a set of bongos and especially with Spencer acting the rock star on the guitar and Alex doing a very good impression of Bob Dylan on the harmonica I think it will sound brilliant.

Except E4, decides to cut out the main bits of the song so there's more people watching the programme at seven. Atleast they've something to do and that Spencer can ACTUALLY play the guitar.

Jade's useless at singing though.

Alex' harmonica playing is pretty good.

At last!! A good task!!!

Spencer is going to become shedloads more popular from the way he's playing the guitar. For once, I think C4 made a good decision not allowing any musical instruments in, as it certainly associates some housemates with a positive skill.

Spencer's line in the song is something about how much of a smelly git he is

Alex is muscial as well - did anyone see the feed on E4 via Sky when Alex had that stick and he was tapping it against the side of the table and playing tunes. Brilliant!

I was pleasantly surprised Spencercould play the guitar!

The song was very funny - I didn't hear it, but I read it on the channel four website. What a talented bunch they are! ;o)
