Oh dear what a shambles!
Tim made his way up the stairs having said goodbye to his girlfriend. Reaching the door with it's forboding giant orange eye staring at him he tried to turn the handle...as he fumbled away it was quite clear that it was not going to open. The security guard made his way up the stairs and managed to save the day and get the door open and Tim was in. The housemates had not been told by Big Bro' that Tim was on his way that very minuite so he walkied down the staricase in silence and without the welcome party that awauted first newgirl Sophie as she made her first tentative steps into madness. Jade was the first to notice a tall dark stranger walking through the richside that is now her home for the week and let out a squeal of shocked delight. Tim looked a bit nervous but after a quick introduction, air kisses from the girls and firm handshakes from the guys he sat down with a sigh of relief. Spencer was dripping wet because he was in the middle of having a shower but this didn't stop the housemates gathering theit instruments and bursting into their welcome song. I was wayching BBLB so the sound kept dipping and mine and everyone watching Tiim's first moments in the house were totally ruined..what a shambles, we didn't even get to hear the song in it's entirety. My first impression is that Tim is a bit of a prat...well from his audition tape anyway...time will tell if my opinion changes! |

Yes, and WHY does a young chap of 23 feel the need to dye his hair Elvis black??
Seeing Tim in the flesh so to speak, and before him Sophie, (both of whom were mooted as beautiful people) all I can say is................................................ . can I get the same photographer to take some shots of me??? |

So, Tim says he is 'arrogant, good looking, womanising and the house needs him'.
Take him back again! I can't see the good looks, but they are subject to personal taste, I promise to give him a chance before I slam him. Havent seen the offending video yet, so I can't comment. He just sounds a bit egotistical championing his looks already. |

How on earth can you come up with Sly and Obnoxious when you've only seen him for five mins.
Sorry but I think that is very unfair. |

I've actually been watching him for nearly 2 hours now, and that is my first impression of him.
He arrogantly walked up and down the bars swigging his beer while the poor people watched him, he's had (as far as I'm concerned) a very sly, condescending look on his face the whole time he's been there, he has told the poor housemates that he'd rather die than spend a week on the poor side. Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera!!!!!!!! Like I said, I'm not fussed on him |

Well having had a chance to view Tim's audition tape and see him in thehouse my first impressions are what a plonker. So he thinks he's good looking does he - on what planet would that be then? Sorry mate, private education didn't teach you humility did it?
Also anyone who so obviously dyes his hair, wears it in a style more suited to Herges Adventures of Tin Tin, and thinks Margaret Thatcher is good is a bit of a no-no in my book. I suppose it's early days and I shouldn't be too judgemental BUT the signs are not looking too good at the moment and he's going to have to do something pretty spectacular to get me on side. |

So we have another man in the house. On first impressions I don't care for him. But then again I didn't notice Mr Clarke until about the third week and look how I rave about him now. I'm not saying he is anything like Paul ( no way ). I'm just saying I will have to wait to see before I can give a proper account of him.

Steve.. and for anyone else who hasn't seen the movie that the housemates watched tonight, here is a review found on askjeeves.com:
"The Others" is set in a gothic mansion which is nestled in the Channel Islands of Jersey, England. World War II has come to a close and Grace (Nicole Kidman) lives alone in the mansion with her two children, Anne (Alakina Mann) and Nicholas (James Bentley), awaiting her husband’s return from the front. Things are quite bad for Grace, as all of her servants have disappeared and she must care for the children by herself. Both children suffer from a rare malady called Xeroderma Pigmentosum, which causes severe blistering, burning, and tumors if the patient is exposed to sunlight. Therefore, the house is kept very dark and the heavy curtains are always closed. Fortunately, three new servants, Mrs. Mills (Fionnula Flanagan), Mr. Tuttle (Eric Sykes), and Lydia (Elaine Cassidy) arrive to assist Grace. All seems well, but then strange occurrences begin to happen in the house. There are loud noises, furniture moves by itself, doors open and close seemingly at will, and the curtains open mysteriously. Clearly, this is the work of the new servants, who are apparently playing some sort of strange prank on Grace. But, Anne and Nicholas claims to have seen strangers in the house, and believe that there is a supernatural cause to the events. Grace must get to the bottom of this mystery before she loses her sanity. This film is a triumph of style and storytelling, proving that less can definitely be more. Writer/director Alejandro Amenabar had already made two very impressive thrillers, "Tesis" and "Abre Los Ojos", but "The Others" shows a maturation on his part. While the previous films had been more in the vein of psychological thrillers with sci-fi or slasher elements thrown in, "The Others" plays as a very quiet, studied piece in which the story is allowed to unfold slowly, as the director increases the tension. I hesitate to call it old fashioned (as that’s not a compliment in my mind), but that fits this film. It’s reminiscent of the classic horror films, yet the story is universal enough to be enjoyed by all. The cast is terrific, most notably Kidman, who appears in nearly every shot of the film. (Also, the casting is excellent -- note that the young actress playing Anne looks as if she could actually be Kidman’s daughter.) I can certainly imagine that some jaded moviegoers may find "The Others" slow, but for anyone else who’s in the mood for a creepy film with a great cast and story, then "The Others" is highly recommended. by Mike Long. hope this is of some interest! |

Thanks honey for a review of the film, would still have prefered to watch behind enemy line's though. I'm sorry but this new bloke just get's on my nerves just looking at him
I can't watch e4 since he's come on I've developed a phobia rather like Jades I'm afraid. Anyone who fancies Maggie Thatcher make's me sick to my stomach and must be a complete perv. I just can't be bothered to hear what he's got to say about himself, no doubt he thinks he's marvellous, it was bad enough hearing Sophe talk about herself for 2 weeks without going through it all again. Thanks Ch4 for putting another nail in the coffin for me. Yea Muppet's |

I can't wait to nominate him, virtually.
Putting another person in the house as it is now is just a bad idea. |

Adele has just said that she really likes Tim.
Well, she did say it to Alex, so she's probably going to tell someone else that she hates him. |

I still don't think Tim is too bad and I am definitely willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and at least listen to what he has to say for a few days before I prejudge him. |

It's not just Tim, I can't be bothered to hear what any of them have to say anymore, I've heard enough, I've stopped watching e4 untill they remove the bar's. Nearly 4 week's into it and I can't stand any of them, last year I was into it from the start. and the 1st bb and the celebrity bb. I'm sorry if I'm moaning but that's how I feel. P**** O**
