Default Panic attacks explained - Part 2 (real experiences)

One day last week, i had a few too many drinks, put my alarm at 7 pm need to go to office, and the manager is watching me with eagle eyes due to in his own words, me being a slacker, so i am hard at work creating an illusion that i am not what i am.

But woke up at 8.50 pm,, "panic attack", 8.52, rushed down put a few crumpets in the toaster, dashed upstairs, jumped into the shower, freezing cold water, "panic attack",, jumped out, turned on the heater, jumped back in. Heard the fire alarm going off in the kitchen,, "panic attack", ran down, threw water into the toaster,, electric shocks ran through teh toaster "panic attack",, ran up, got ready, no ironed shirts,, "panic attack", threw on an non-pressed shirt and put on a cardigan even though it looked like it was going to be a hot day.

Ran down, grabbed a slice of bed, started my car and ran down my neighbours bin,, "panic attack", rushed to the office..

I WANT TO REACH OUT TO HAFLWIT, CAUSE I KNOW HOW HE FEELS..
