I think there have been lots of times when Marcus looked a tool:
1) Pestering/harrassing Noirin for a kiss and cuddle
2) Perving under the duvet watching Nicky dancing
3) Standing up in the arm wrestling competiton with Tom then saying he didn't break the rules even though his ass left the chair
4) Playing Greensleeves on the recorder
5) Sulking after Noirin dumped him
Marcus.........your photo is the least of your worries if you didn't want to be portrayed as a tool. Your actions alone are proof.
Can't wait to see you leave the BB house on Friday.
