Urgh. A week ago I stayed up until 10am and woke up at 9pm, since then its been completely ****'d, I get up at 8pm-9pm and stay up all night doing sod all because everyone else in the world is asleep and then go to bed when everyone else is waking up

Mine is always ****ed. I haven't even been home for a week and still I'm up till silly o'clock. I get judged by this aswell and not just by friends.

Im Not Dead Yet

Mine has been messed up for years, ended up getting a night job as I deal with it better, been a lot happier ever since. I can flip my days about fairly easily, and sleep if needed. It can be hard to break the cycle having a nap helps as you can then stay awake longer and then get the right time slot you need. I've only had to get up once before 12am in the past two years, and that was a hospital thing.

For the first three weeks of summer mine was around 4/5AM - 3PM.
![]() But this week I've been getting it back to normal for my holiday so around 1:30AM - 11:30AM. |
