Well it depends who the moderatis really.

Some moderators are grand like,easy going just sound out to be honest.

And then you get some moerators who get on a huge power trip like because they think they have more authority or are hiigher up the ladder than others.Not saying this about TiBB cos most of the staff heer are nice,I havent spoken to some of them,but like you see it around that some people just go on a big power trip.

Moderators are here to make sure the board runs smooth and to check any posts don't break the forum rules. The same applies for making sure members abide by the rules.

When we appointed new moderators, it wasn't a sudden decision. We had discussed lots of potential people (it is a shame Kaz is on holiday, and I hope she is ok with our decisions )

It wasn't a popularity contest, or who's been registered on the boards the longest. It came down who we thought we could rely on, someone friendly, and someone who could remain fairly neutral in heated discussion and take appropriate action when needed.

I hope you are happy with the new additions to the TiBB Moderating team, I'm sure they will do a great job

Oh definately Mark...I think the place was in need of some moderators because it for a while the forum was well in a bad state...a lot of people were probably regestering because they got banned elsewhere.

Im sure the new mods will do a good job and make TiBB a better place.

I can't comment on half the list, cos I've never seen them post, but I'm sure they'll all do a good job, providing it's the same rules for all

Yep more mods were needed with the surge in messages and also new members and it was getting in a bit of bad state and more mods will be able to stamp out silly threads quicker.

Yeah im sure they will do a great job but like you said its hard to comment on at least half of the list because they probably post about once a week.

Yeah I know most of them from being here last year and they're all really nice though.I used have a bit of banter with Sunny when she was here...I think she fell for me and Kore's charming personalitites!PMSL!
