Never before in BB history has there been a HM so lucky like Marcus.
If BB rules were followed, he should have gone by now due to his constant rule breaking and also when he was up for 1 week but he broke the rule and than everyone went up. (Stupid Channel 4 rules) Lets analyse when he was up against Noirin. He was deadly certain to go that week but what happened Channel 4 sent Isaac and Bea kinda manipulated things hence Noirin looked so bad she went. Just before this week, Marcus and his rulebreaking antics convinced halfwit to do the same, hence channel 4 allowed housemates to discuss and they put both of these two up. And than once again Bea stuck again, and hey presto halfwit is up. So the question remains whos next for the team of Marcus, Bea and Channel 4? My guess - Siavash. Marcus has been calling him names. Bea might shift her target on to him. Lets see. |

Strongly agree with the complaint you rightfully make. The first 'blatantly obvious' save was when Siavash was giving this 'out of nowhere' Immunity to hand out to Marcus. Everyone in here knew he would give it to Marcus so obviously BB could have guessed that too. He was rightfully warned about threatening Sree and for most HMs that warning is carried out as an eviction at ANY next infraction. For example vandalizing the Diary Room or running on the rooftop. Not Marcus though. Next was the Noirin thing. Arguably you could say that wasn't to 'save Marcus' but, in effect, that is what happened. They sure picked the spot-on perfect time. The next one is when it went beyond all ability to 'suspend disbelief' and just so freaking obvious as to insult the intelligence; Marcus goes up and is finally going to be evicted but (how weird) because he breaks some rules they are ALL put up in what is now a 'vote to save'. Should have named it the 'BB is saving Marcus again AND taking your money from you week'. Now people here have joked about Marcus being Mario's 'retarded little brother', but, any fans of BBUSA have recognised that Marcus is the low-budget UK version of 'Evel Dick'. Evel Dick was a foul-mouthed 'baddie' who was most blatantly saved by BB in what were just ongoing 'script writing' events and 'immunity challenges' etc. It was SO obvious that they stopped trying to hide it and on live-feeds Evel Dick would actually EXPLAIN how and why he could not be evicted, how BB would just make up a twist, task or game to keep him. And he was right every time. Okay... ..but there is two problems with BBUK doing this and the first is that BBUK is actually involving voters who pay money to vote. BBUSA didn't have the problem and its implications because it is not a proper and regulated prize show. It is a 'written drama' or 'soap opera' category and the public doesn't pay for results. Second problem: BBUK might want to remember that it was Evel Dick and BB8 that saw a huge amount of fans begin disrespecting the program, believing it was a hoax, losing interest knowing it was 'rigged' and 'scripted' and who cares and why cheer for anyone when its 'predestined' anyways. BBUK really needs to watch it. Mason and I might be some of the first examples but keep it up and watch more and more of the most dedicated fans who eventually say something like: "Who cares and why should I bother voting when BB is going to save and carry players for plotlines anyways?" In fairness - I do not actually blame them as much for saving Marcus this round other than giving him a very helpful edit regarding the 'Bea incident', but, Yes, they helped Bea keep Marcus in and get Freddy out in the sense of letting it happen, but, That was the publics own fault for getting 'pwn3d' by Bea in the end. |

Great comment, people are so easily manipulated and thats the main problem. I cant believe sophie is going to win. BBUK really needs to watch it.
