this is how i saw charlie and roddys arguement.

Charlie comes in at 4 am and jumps on roddys bed and starts shouting and stays there even though roddys telling him to get off. then he finally gets off only to go back to his own bed and keeps shouting and provoking roddy and after several warnings roddy goes over and shouts back.

Charlie did it all so roddy would crack and throw water then charlie could go back to "i just want to have fun i did nothing wrong" after he made roddy look bad.

He is a sly fake. Get him out!
