Anyone remember in the earlier years of BB when housemates would sing "It's only a game shoooooow, it's only a gameshow"? I miss this.

I think it has become more than a game show over the years, people see it as a career oportunity because of the money at stake and dont see it as a game.

Marcus is the odd one out i guess, he knows it is a game.

Society has dramatically changed over the past few years, BB is a reflection of this. It's celebrity based with fame being the ultimate goal.

IMO people will now do almost anything to grab their moment and will do far worse to keep hold of it, for as long as possible.

I think its been ruined in the latter years

This year has been a disaster blatent disregard for BB rules - at the end of the day whats really going to happehn to them ? BB will not even chuck them out now

its all about their Nuts deals - getting on BBLB

Do they even get anywhere near the likes of Heat and that now? They "stars" of BB just seem to disappaear now

IMO, I think it's good that Marcus doesn't give a **** about the rules. Most of the other sheep in the house do whatever Big Brother says immediately, it's good to shake things up a little!

Hardly shook it up though have they? Its been boring this series

BB seem a tad bored with the housemates too - its like no one cares about the show and the producers are just riding it out until its over !

I think it's good that the press are losing interest though. I hope this will filter out the wannabies from the fans of the show. I think next year BB needs to draw the line at putting bimbos and plastics in and just change the game completely.

They should end it this year at a full decade! No right minded person would go on that show? It's career suicide / national laughing stock / nowadays anyway

It's just embarrassing for the people on it and the people related to those on it? I cannot believe Charlie's dad stood there saying "oh this is your dream son" come off it! This is what is wring with fecking Britain today - how many moer reality tv stars can we churn out - famous for nothing!!

It would be so easy to come up with new refreshing concepts. They just wont. If they give the viewers too much power, they wont be able to take it back. We as BB fans complain so much they are probably way too scared to make any significant changes anymore.

TBH I wouldn't call BB contestants reality stars. I never tend to see most of them after they leave the show.

No but if it was a smaller/cult show I would have considered it. I wouldn't say it was one of the worste things about our country. We're not the only country that has it and believe me there is a lot worse on tv.
