I noticed a really, really flabby gut when he climbed out of the pool the other day. Don't think he has been exercising at all recently.

He was lying to Siavash the other night saying that whenever people come up to him who he does not recognise he thinks:

Anyways.. keep in mind, most of his life Marcus has had a very slight build. Not 'thin' but just small arms, no muscles and disproportioned little body to big head,

he has been 'working out' (aka..drinking protein shakes and just pumping up his biceps with high-reps) but just for the previous year or so in anticipation of Big Brother.
Problem:
See this a lot at the gym but when guys do that and then run into a period of low or no exercise (like Marcy has) that 'pump' goes very quickly.
But the fat doesn't (bulk put on by protein and 'bulking up'),
so,
They get what the bodybuilder types call 'Fat-Thin'. Basically just saying someone with smaller, thinner muscles with no tone or strength but is ALSO carry a high percentage of body fat.
'fat thin'.

Anyways.. yes, he did look flabby as all hell and with skinny arms and his head looks even bigger.

He does not need to lift weights, his muscles grow by themselves. You've been watching the show for 10 weeks everyone should know this by now. The only reason he lifted weights in the first place is because he likes the feel of metal on his hands

I am afraid there are a number of posters on this forum who routinely make outlandish claims with little or no evidence while attempting to give the impression they have specific knowledge of the relevant matter. I wouldn't concern myself with it, if I were you.

I was discussing bodybuilding, exercise and making observations.
