Well Im sure she must had some kind of pants on (probably a little soiled).

I think this could be a contentious issue because its not a typical topless shot rather she just doesn't happen to be wearing a top.

I say its topless, Marcus has to pay up.

Ah but you cant see all she may have them cross pieces of tape covering area's.
And, i agree with some of her comments, they have dumbed the show down.
