Wow, that is a big difference, but she looks better now. Its nice seeing someone put weight on when they need it, Sophie was too thin when she went in, looks better now with more meat, its very noticeable.

I think she looked better when she first went in. She was very slim but she has a tiny frame. She looks bloated now and not at all healthy. How people can say she looks healthier now after stuffing junk food and processed sugar down her pie-hole for weeks on end is beyond me.

Because when she went in she was completely disproportionate, she looked unhealthier then!
The fact she put weight on so quickly probably means she was constantly dieting outside the house which isn't neccesarily a healthy lifestyle.

... whereas now, eating fried sausages before she goes to bed, drinking plenty of alcohol and pouring white sugar on her spoon straight from the sugar bowl are all part of a healthy lifestyle. She's put on weight because she's eaten too much probably because she's bored. And really, the only reason she looked disproportionate is because she's so tiny and has those huge bazooms stuck on the front of her.

Its not like shes overly thin loads of girls are that size when they have a balanced diet..

Just theres so many big or fat girls nowadays the slimmer girls are branded..

You're right, she hasn't put on weight in the healthiest way at all, she's stuffing herself with crap food and alcohol, if she gained weight by eating sensibly and excersizing normally she would look fine but people would still say she's a fat pig! Her original cup size before surgery was 30FF, she was hardly small to begin with.
People are overreacting to a little bit of weight gain, so she gained a few pounds stuck in a house with only a small garden for excersizing, that doesn't make her a disgusting pig, it makes her human.
The sort of people calling her disgusting are probably also the sort who think Marilyn Monroe could have lost a few pounds

She looks better because her body now makes more sense, it has shape to it rather than the look of a ten year old boy holding two footballs, she would look even better if she put on weight by eating sensibly because her super slim frame before wasn't natural nor was it healthy.

Despite common opinion, it's not better to be too slim than it is to be too fat, they both pose a threat.
