She stole them though, she actually walked into the bedroom and stole them.
Charlie can do all the scheming he wants, but it was her who stole them, charlie gave her the bullets she fired them but she was most to blame for doing it.

The funniest thing is that the only countries she's heard of are the ones that have been invaded by the UK (wrongly, but let's not go there!). She has more knowledge and interest in that, than basic info that should be considered as standard knowledge.
