Yes, and I'm really glad he hasn't.

I do think Marcus is just a little bit bitter over the Noirin thing still, but he does kind of get where Vash is coming from with the not nominating thing, even though he's told him it's not doing him any favours.

Although he could be playing a clever game and not nominating him, hoping that enough other HM's will have done anyway, to save him having to do so and appearing to be betraying someone who sees him as a friend.

Marcus nominated Freddie twice actually

But yeah you're right... he never has nominated Siavash and Siavash has never nominated him either.

Guess I was wrong about Marcus hating Siavash... he must like him more then he lets on
