Are the Housemates in BB11 the winners of all the other series' or just new people... someone told me it's the winners but I don't know

a bb12 will happen, but will happen on a crappy channel that only pulls in 400,000 viewers, and it will be normal housemates, but i heard they are changing the audition process slightly
