Shasown - all to do with copyright. As it is recorded they will have "done" whatever is required to be able to air it. That's why they have to "cut" during Livefeed, as they don't yet have permission to air it

Yep that and the fact before they go in they fill in a wishlist of songs they like and would have played for them if BB decides to allow them music, BB arrange P.P.L and P.R.S for those songs, so if the housemate sings them they are already covered for 'public performance'.
