Default Have you ever starved yourself?

Like too loose wieght? and then realised how silly you were being? I have once. I am quite suprised after finding out a few of my friends have too. I dont mean like weeks on end but just a few days. I went 3 days and one of my friends managed 4. I would never do it again though.
Have you or do you know anyone who has? If so how long did you or they manage?

Sorry it is kinda personal question but sometimes i think people should talk about stuff like this.

Nope.

And i think it is a very pointless exercise..
You can't keep it up, and once you eat... you will put the weight back on.

As you will lose a minimal amount of fat since you can't last long enough, and you lose most weight through.. when you go toilet lol.

Yeah, I do sometimes. But it got really silly, so when I diet I just chew on gum to kill a craving for snacks.

During my exams last year I lived off tic tacs for like 2 weeks because I was too stressed to eat.

If anyone does it to lose weight they're failing miserably. It slows down your metabolism to an almost stop, so that when you do eventually eat something, no matter how small, it stays on there and converts to fat.

If ya wanna lose weight just diet like i am doing and i lost alot of weight already so starving yourself is stupid
