Had to sit on checkouts today for like half of my shift because I can hardly move... because my job I'm lifting heavy boxes all the time and pushing and pulling things.

I was up all night last night with it, so uncomfortable and I got stuck in the bath and I looked like the girl out of the ring crawling out of the TV, but I did that over my bath was really bad lol.

We have annoying shelves at an angle at our shop on Prod. The middle shelf you can't rotate without bending the back because YOU NEED to lean over to do such, and with things like butternut squash's and apples its a lot of weight (especially as some of the cardboard boxes break apart to easily). Do you have these shelves? I am trying to get them removed, trying my luck to get the union on our side. Hope you get better real soon.

(ps checkouts are hell aren't they - thats one just one of the perks about the shift - we don't need to know them).

Funnily enough when i have done mine in from doing deadlift the first couple of times hurt to sit down lay down or get up.. i actually quite liked it lol.

But bad times having to sit at checkout lol
