This series has had a few great moments and one truly moving revelatory thread (Freddies narrative thread ) but overall it has not been up there......I give it 5 out of 10 (as an ex junior school teacher ha ha ....really MUST stop marking things! BUT I wont.............)

The CHOICE of housemates was flawed......2 fifths of them should not have been there..I mean: what was CAIRON doing in this house, he was just a rehash of Victor/Science and Darnell.........RAPPING is not enough to be a star...Eminem didnt get where he is just because he can rap......we have seen his (Cairons) likes before..........SAFFIA was a waste of space, walking after 5 days and depriving someone else of a valuable space........
Tom and isaac also wasted someone elses place......
SREE was clearly in danger mentally even before he left the House.......that should have been spotted.....


I call BB10 the RECESSION BB because it was obvious they were not spending much MONEY on the TASKS etc........House very basic..no second house...no tasks that didnt cost more than the basic..alot of rehashed tasks from previous years.......no tasks like the prison task from Aisleynes year for instance............unless the Economy picks up I think we have seen the last of Reality TV they spend alot of money on........


as an active GAY man...I found the gays a HUGE disappointment...........for once, Judy James hit the nail on the head when she described CHARLIE last night as one-dimensonal................Lisa is very set in her ways for a 41 year old, her attitudes to freddie were disgraceful, a form of inverted CLASS SNOBBERY with teeth bared .................not the sort of lesbian I would dance with!
Endemol need to get beyond this image of gAYS they have and what gAY people want...........NADIA truly broke the mould..but since then all the gays have fitted neatly into a mould.......


We needed more 30 somethings in the series...Channel 4s preoccupation with youth..the under 21s...is destroying the Channel.......SKINS bears no relation to any reality I have come across..and I mix with alot of young people......its WISHFUL THINKING TV................next year no under 25s for once!

Something has to be done about NOMINATIONS.....the current system allowed LIsa, Rodrigo and cHarlie to get to the last week unmerited.............not up for a straight evicton..undeserved...I SUGGEST A CHANGE TO THE SYSTEM...in future Housemates choose 2 names and then those 2 people up cHOOSE a third person to be up from aLL the Housemates remaining.!!!............. it adds a twist.........

talking of twists..there were no twists hardly this year.........

the FINAL last night was the least glamorous I have seen....DAVINA only made an effort with her silver top from....River island??? (I dont think SO sonny jim!) but the 5 Dummies looked very UNGLAM.........Siavash had no choice but if I see Rodrigo in that red shirt yet again at the WRAP party I shall scream............CHarlie is very dull clothes wise for a gay man..........and David, luv, Vivienne IS great..but you are not meant to keep wearing and be SEEN wearing the SAME outfit over and over ........hardly original!


...the final was a bit flat in places ...gay friends who expected rodrigo to win texted their shock.................I had been saying once FREDDIE was dispatched it was SOPHIES....she was the SAFE...or SAFEST choice..................perfect for the HEAT generation but NOT in any way breaking the mould or pioneering..........Judy James said of Charlie 'DOLLS dont win BB'...but Sophie proves they do!.......still, she probably will get a minor career out of it...outdoing cHantelle in the tabloid columns....but I still fear for the long term effect on her.........she really seems to believe in that world............reality tv can /has destroyed some winners!

It was FITTING Sophie only got £71 GRAND not the 100 because it somehow matched the fact the final 5 , the final 3 weeks were well below PAR. Hope she doesnt spend it on another boob job...................but sincerely hope she ENJOYS her 15 minutes in the SUN! (BUT stay away from Gary Bushell, Terry Xian and ALL the leering journos who will LEER + LETCH over YOU, Sophie!
