Why are people STILL hating on the housemates?

I can understand when the show is on, we get carried away with the storylines, and start to dislike and even hate the housemates.

But now it's all over, and after watching BBLB I remembered they were JUST contestants on a gameshow, we never got to know them personally and never got to see every side of them..... plus none of them did anything REALLY bad like murder someone... so I just dont understand why people STILL feel the need to hate
