How was she a great HM? What sadists got pleasure from watching that evil cow at work? All she did was completely ruin Freddie's experience in the house by exploiting his infatuation with her. She ,brought no entertainment, no humour and no fun to the house at all - it was constant "me, me, me" and moaning about everything. Cannot STAND her
