Well it is **** how they are always compared cos of one chart battle. I do like Blur songs, but just prefer Oasis as a band altogether with the Irish working class and all that.

Blur are great and release three top albums in Modern Life is Rubbish,Parklife and Blur, which are top albums.

The whole Blur/oasis thing was silly cause i liked both and most people couldn't like either so they had to pick one.

I don't think alex would team up withNoel
Both have different styles of music and Alex music taste is so leftfield to Noel's i can't see it. Plus Noel has took a few knocks to Alex's work

Damon was a bit of a KNOB AROUND THE GREAT ESCAPE ERA OF bLUR TOO MUCH DRUGS METHINKS but for me he's the new David Bowie of British music

Yeah, i saw both in 1996 and Blur were great live and Oasis were out of this world.
Blur's audience was more full of girls while Oasis had more a lad folowing and was a bit dangerous

Nah not at all. They are legends and have got to the U2 status of their own sound. Like you can tell a U2 song a mile off, same with Oasis. You really have a bad taste in music!

Pub rock sound, i love OASIS but they are the SLADE of our times. Two great massive albums and a great B-side album but everything from BE HERE Now on is very poatchy indeed.

U2 have reinvented their sound from Unforgettable fire to Johsua Tree to Acthung Baby to All that you can't leave behind thats why OaSIS COULD NEVER GET NUMBER 1'S IN AMERCIA they just got worse and worse.PITY

Yeah, during the BHN period they were off their head pretty much all of the time. The music did suffer and they sort of did not get it back. Still good live though, and the latest album is pretty good actually.

Arctic monkeys are working class even though Alex is the posh one.
Yeah but for me the Stone Roses were the greatest. they were cooler and had the swagger also all the band members were important.
