I seem to put it on very fast. I must have a grade A digestive system. It just absorbs everything I eat.

Is that you in the picture 30 stone? Or something like that?

I used to train regularly but I've stopped lately and just stick with normal exercise. It's why my weight is fluctuating now.

Also, yes, it is because I've stopped eating so many meals that my weight is fluctuating.

No my weight dropped. I'm losing fat more than anything I think. I've lost about 1 and a half stone in the past 2 months or so. Now it's stable at 13 stone even if I eat next to nothing in a day.

It's difficult when you're training but I eventually just started to eat stable, cut out fats and just focus on bare minimum rather than loads of proteins.

I don't think I'll be back to training for a while as I've had an injury so I'm out for a while now.

Yeah I'm the same.

I walk a lot too and my legs are fairly big and muscular because of it.

It's a great way to lose weight too.

eat what you like just make sure you burn it off, dont go to bed after eating, start with 10 press ups just before every meal build your shoulders and chest up, the food will go to the places where the muscle needs to repair its self and not on your arse. I used to do it as part of my daily ritual when i was younger training in kung fu, press ups gives you good punching power, change to knuckles, fingers, wrists and thumbs, put your legs on a chair so your legs are above your waste also helps build punching power, before you know it you will find when you knock peoples doors they come out and say they thought it was the police kicking the door down.

For like the past 5 years I have been the same weight. Roughly 9 and a half stone. The most I have weighed is 10 stone!! I would like to be 9 stone, but the key thing is "to be consistent" if I want to lose that much? Suppose we just have to cherish our curves! lol
