Default A thread for the broken hearted!

Well if anyone has had the pain of love they will know what this thread is about. It's not good. Getting you heart broken makes you think love does not exist, do you not think?

Yeah...

Don't you look back at your relationships with fondness? I do.

I guess it's different from person to person and what they aim to find in a relationship but I look back with fondness over all.

Really?? Oh, that must have been very awkward for you. My dad had an affair with a girl the same age as my younger brother, so, needless to say, I took my moms side

Very tough, but she's such a strong woman, I have unbelievable respect for her. My dad was 51 and this girl was 24. They're living together now (though he did try to get back with my mom after but she wasn't having any of it).

I don't understand people like that, I can't imagine how people can be so cruel to not even seem to feel bad afterwards

For older men having a young woman chase after them makes them feel young again and they think they have to relieve their youth again. Some of those young girls are usually with them cause

a) they have daddy issue's
or
b) they want a sugar Daddy

i was shocked thast his mum seemed okay with it but it spilt the family in terms of inviting him and her to family functions.

your hubby is right about the Sports car

It seems less rare these days seen older guys with younger girls
cause they take these older guys clubbing with them. I'm shocked cause here in Dublin a few years back it was so shocking but now everyones cool with it
