JADE Goody was X Factor girl Stacey Solomon's idol and she was devastated when the Big Brother star died, her sister revealed.
Stacey's older sibling Jemma has spilled the beans on how her sibling found a lot in common with the reality TV star.

She told new! magazine: "When she first went into the Big Brother house, Stacey was quite young but she loved her from the moment she started to speak. She was amazing to watch and Stacey loved her. She was devastated when Jade died."

X Factor host Dermot O'Leary recently told TV Biz that Dagenham girl Stacey was "the new Jade".

And despite coming across as nervous on screen, Stacey has always been the confident one in the family, according to Jemma.

But despite the vote of confidence from her close ones, Stacey revealed her bowell movements go into overdrive before she goes out on stage.

The bubbly star said: "If I'm honest, I just get a bellyache and I want to poo! But you can't do anything and you hold it in and then you walk on and you're like, 'ah, phew!' and the poo feeling goes and it's fun."

Jemma also spilled the beans on how Stacey's mentor Dannii Minogue met her 18-month-old son Zach.

She added: "She [Dannii] met him last week backstage after the show and they had a little cuddle."

Stacey is currently the bookies' joint third favourite to win the show with odds of 5/1.
