Default X Factor please stop raping rock

It was awful, only Jamie really did anything resembling rock while the others just completely failed. It was just boring and dull and like I predicted last week it was just a load of pop performances masked as rock. Next time they think to do Rock it'd be great if they included some rock performances because they were just singing pop music to a pop rock backing track in most cases.

Next time they do Rock Week they really need to look at American Idol for inspiration and actually pull off some rock songs because they just pop-ified and ultimately raped any song resembling rock tonight.

Lucie...

Sweet child of mine, the most rockey song.
Then there was olly jamie danyl all done rock songs.

Song choices were awful.
but i think its understandable they changed the performances a bit to suit their style.

Hate jls coming though worst desicion ever.

But they made it all too poppy that's my problem. They changed rock songs to pop songs which defeated the point of Rock Week.

Lucie didn't change hers though, it was a backing track just not a live band which is the problem.

Thought Jamie was great - as usual. Couldn't believe the negative comments Louis was making about him - especially bearing in mind he is mentoring the twins - and the callibre of their performances - as usual. What a hypocrite!

I thought the whole point of the themes is that you pick a song that meets with the theme and then you make it your own,and if that means changing the genre of the song then so be it?
But obviously to do this, each contestant would of had to chose a rock and only a few did.
