Default the news, the weight, the ignorant
THE JOE IS THINKING 3 MEALS A DAY AND LOTS OF KEEPING FIT WILL GET THIS COUNTRY IN SHAPE < ANYONE ON BIG BROTHER GENERAL GOT ANY OTHER VIEWS ( I LOVE YOU PICTURES YOU POST ON HERE LOL SO CLEVER YOU LOT LOL HOW OLD ARE YOU ? 5 - 6



the news, the weight, the ignorant



the joe is now going to feed,

the ingredients in this poem are vital, so please read.

currently we are told half the population are over weight,

so lets bring in scientist to add to this plate.

they recommend 400 calories for men and 320 calories for lady's we can add,

can you remember what i have just wrote,or am i mad.

most of the population are educated to a jeremy kyle qualification,

so for the news to report "eat more" is not a education.

this is very irresponsible and weight will rise,

because these people will gladly eat more and not heed the bit about more exercise.

i don't work in news, but it is a sham,

this is a story that needs a liable case to slam.

the day will end with treble burger and double fries,

they did recommend a increase and ignorant people no on the news are no lies.
