I'm a bit confused. How do you listen to the music and get it on your plays etc?

Download the iTunes Scrobbler, then everything you play on iTunes will appear on Last.fm.

Take a look at mine to see http://www.last.fm/user/TiBBFirewire

Yup.

But on Spotify you would need to go to settings and look for last.fm and put in your email and password.

edit > prefrences, scroll down then tick the box that enables scrobbling and put in your username and pw
