Clichy has lost the plot a bit. Don't know what's happened to him.

The purist in me will go for Messi. He looks effortless when he's on the move.

Clichy is just coming back to form?
And Messi is amazing so is ronaldo. But Ronaldo is like a main striker now.. Messi plays on the wing with ibrahimovic in the centre one of the best strikers in the world and messi is still second top scorer in la liga (behind villa)

Untrue. In the league ronaldo has played 15 games got 13 goals and 0 assists.. Messi has played 21 league games scored 17 and made 9 assists. Messi seems to contribute..

Wow, I haven't been paying attention to the Spanish league. So yeah, I was right in picking Messi. Just love the way he moves. Still though, I'd pick Rooney over the two of them, as mad as that may sound.

Haven't seen enough of Villa but been impressed. Oh, last time I was going to Italy his team were in the airport in Spain! You should have seen how people greeted him. He's loved so much over there. |

Very hard choice but id take Vermaelen because of age.
Joe Hart vs Robert Green vs David James ?

james - we all know can produce brilliant save's, but let's face it none of us are confident of him. green - has been the man in pole position, but hasn't really caught the eye. hart - has had a good season with birmingham, but lets not get carried away with him, the world cup is a step up in level and he's a young and inexpeirienced for a keeper. i dont fancy any of these 3, i'd pick paul robinson, it would be a gamble, i know that(but you need to gamble to win),when he's on it robinson is the best we got, to answer your question, sadly james shawcross or ramsey? |

Joe hart has by far the best record this season.. paul robinson has let in 49 or 54 goals in 30 games, joe hart has let in just 31.
Ramsey. Such a creative player learnt a lot off fabregas and has shown it. Shawcross is great though.

he was spurs and england number 1, he made 1 mistake when mcclaran was manager, he had a little dip in form, and we chucked him on the scrap heap. Last edited by Alf; 06-03-2010 at 10:32 PM. |
