I am no good at it, i don't know how people are even getting past 10,000 never mind over 100,000 like some people have been getting,

And how are people getting game times of 5 10 20mins+ on znax when the time limit is 5minutes

that's the opposite of what to do

you have to bend the shapes around to fill up the rows at the bottom - a full row disappears.

and i find it quite easy, but there's some much better than me - I'm in awe at the scores of like 250,000 ish

If you can get 4 rows to go at once,then you've Tetrised so your score goes up by like 3/4 thousand.
