What has he done that can be construed as cheating?

Holding hands? Touching feet? That's all just casual flirting.

Besides, he said 'seeing someone', as I guy I will tell you this now. If the woman he is 'seeing' actually exists then I bet it is very casual, and he is only saying this to cover himself if Katia isn't interested.
