How long before the event starts do they send the tickets?

I ordered my tickets October 30th and they haven't been dispatched last time I checked. I just went onto check now and it's not working it says...
"There was a problem processing your request.

Ahhh

whats happening? The event is in March by the way but my friend who phoned up the venue place has his tickets already, I'm just worrying my tickets aren't gonna come!
