I believe children have the rights to stand up for themselves, if an adult say 23 for eg. is talking to them through msn or bebo and telling the child that they are in fact 23 the child should say "yeah, so what if your 23, i like older man even if i am 12"

There's a difference between a child having a non-sexual relationship with an adult and having a sexual relationship with an adult.

Personally, I don't see a problem, no matter how 'sick' it may seem, with a child dating an adult, but when it comes to sexual relationships, especially aged twelve, they're not old enough, mature enough or developed enough to consent to such acts, and any adult wishing to participate in a relationship with a child should understand that.

What you have to remember though is that children can be very naive, and can be sucked into things very easily, especially when it comes to relationships. Paedophiles know exactly what things to say and how to say them, they're not stupid.

All in all, I believe a child, at least of twelve can consent to a relationship with an adult, but not sexual acts.

yes i agree with that, a bit like some people i know, i was going to report it but i think the adult is just being friendly, but if the police turn up at that house i know exactly whats gone on... i know they smoke weed together but i tyhink Denny buys it for him

I think that you should spend a week offline. Read some books. Go for walks. Eat well and avoid sugar and fizzy drinks.

Im making a valid point!! Children are not as vunerable as you think. If I was a 13 year old girl I would do a man 10 year my age. No I dont go to church because I got with a choir girl there.
