time to revive this one a bit i guess


yesterday i had

dinner: mushroom cupasoup, apple pancakes (one with powder sugar, one with honey)



today so far

lunch: two slices bread with cheddar cheese, 1 slice bread with sandwichspread, 1 slice bread with peanut butter

dinner: we'll have our own made Bami

As some of you know .. I fast each day ., meaning I basically DELAY my breakfast ( breaking of fast ) until 5pm each work day ..

Weekends I’m more flexible and often breakfast at around noon .. even an hour or so earlier .

I think It’s important to eat when you’re hungry not when your alarm tells you
