Okay I looked in the mirror yesterday with only boxers on and omg I felt sick because I have gotten so skinny its gross.

So today I tried to go food crazy:

I went to a cafe with the intention to get 4 sandwiches but they had none left so I had to get a salad and a pasta salad. Which sucks because they're aren't that weight gaining.

So then I went to the supermarket and bought 5 Pain au chocolats and bag of kettle chips.

I have eaten the salad and pain au chocolats. I am now moving onto the pasta and kettle chips.

I need to gain weight

I do sort of. Well I do as much as I can, e.g. Push ups, Planks, Dumbell curls, leg raises.
I do everything that I can do in my room at school. I am getting definition but its all like skinny and horrible. My biceps are alright though, the size of my arms compared with chest/stomach is what looks odd though but I do 150 pushups every other night and I hardly gain any pecks
