The manager was called Paul, scooby.

And I think you must be referring to Ricardo, sol ....... he's the only one that springs to mind from that description!

I miss The Salon too ...... wish they'd do another series.

Even though I can't stand all that vanity that comes with haidressers, I did like the Salon. There were some great characters. In the last series John was quite amusing and made me chuckle with his quips and put downs. And Ricardo is so likable even if he is French.

Sadly Channel 4 confirmed on their website there isn't going to be another series.
